Breakfast Club and After School Club

Extended Services Information

At St Anne’s, our Breakfast Club and After School Club provide children with a safe, welcoming and relaxed environment before and after the school day. Our aim is to create a homely atmosphere where children can spend time with their friends, enjoy a range of activities and feel happy and well cared for.

Breakfast Club is open every school day from 7.30am to 8.45am. Children are supervised by staff and are provided with a healthy breakfast before taking part in a variety of activities. Staff ensure that children are safely settled into their classrooms ready for the start of the school day.

After School Club runs every school day from 3.30pm to 6.00pm. Children can choose from a range of activities and, weather permitting, make use of our extensive school grounds. A snack is provided during the session, with a selection of options available.

Our extended provision is designed to meet the needs and interests of the children. Activities are regularly adapted and refreshed to ensure that children remain engaged and have opportunities to relax, play, be creative and socialise.

Children are supervised by staff throughout their time at the clubs. They are escorted safely between their classrooms and the club, and staff are always available to support their safety and wellbeing.

We expect children attending our extended services to follow the school's behaviour expectations and to treat others with respect. If concerns arise about a child's behaviour, these will be discussed with parents or carers. Where behaviour continues to have a significant impact on the safety or wellbeing of others, the school may review the child's continued use of the provision.
